What is Revolution AppWorld LATAM?
Revolution AppWorld LATAM is an event organized by F5 to bring together clients and channels from the region to enhance relationships and address relevant topics for the industry.
Where and when is it?
Revolution AppWorld LATAM will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Tulum, Riviera Maya, Mexico, from June 11th to 14th, 2024.
What is the official language spoken at the event?
The conference sessions will be conducted in Spanish or English. However, simultaneous translation will be available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese during the general sessions.
What are the benefits of purchasing tickets and accommodation through the Buying Center?
As part of the group, you will have access to all the facilities of the Hilton Tulum Hotel and private activities of Revolution AppWorld LATAM such as lunches at the convention center, themed cocktails, receipt of special gifts, and exclusive shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa.
What if I don't make my ticket purchase and accommodation reservation through the Buying Center?
The Buying Center is the OFFICIAL CHANNEL for ticket purchases and accommodation bookings. Any transaction conducted outside of our Buying Center will not include the benefits associated with the event group.
How do I purchase the ID Ticket and reserve accommodation?
Suppose you are a third-party or group buyer. In that case, you can go to the "Join" section of the event's official website (www.f5revolution.com/join) and complete a series of questions to be contacted by an executive from our Buying Center to follow up and complete the purchase.
If you are a participant, you will soon be able to register on the event platform (www.f5revolution.com/app). Upon completing your registration, you can choose whether to be contacted by a Buying Center executive or complete a ticket and accommodation request form. You will be contacted shortly to process your request.
What is included in the ticket?
The ticket includes access to all the conferences held during the 3 days, including lunches, cocktails, and various activities scheduled for each day.
What are the room costs and what is included?
The room costs that you can reserve through the Buying Center are:

Single: USD 395 per night (taxes included)
Double: USD 475 per night (taxes included)
Partial Ocean View Room
Single: USD 425 per night (taxes included)
Double: USD 505 per night (taxes included)
Ocean View Room
Single: USD 455 per night (taxes included)

Ocean View Suite
Single: USD 669 per night (taxes included)

Can I attend with minors or with my family at the hotel?
You can stay with your family at the hotel without any inconvenience as it is a family hotel with areas for children. However, on the days of the sessions, only attendees who have registered tickets on our platform can approach the convention center and attend the sessions.
If you attend with a minor, the rates are as follows:
Ages 0-4 years: Courtesy when sharing with parents.
Ages 5-12 years: Rate of USD 89 per child per night (taxes included).
Ages 13+: Adult rate applies.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel before or after the event?
Yes, you can choose to extend your stay up to 3 days before and/or up to 3 days after the event period, maintaining the same event rate. In such cases, you can make the complete reservation for additional days through our Buying Center via email: buyingcenter@f5revolution.com
What will be considered incidental charges or extras at the Hotel?
Upon check-in at the Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive Hotel, you will need to provide a credit card number to cover any incidental charges that may occur during your stay. This is a standard hotel practice. While this is an all-inclusive resort with additional benefits such as private lunches and cocktails, there may be material damages and activities outside the event schedule that incur extra charges, such as spa services, dinner at restaurants, certain beverages, and excursions. In cases where you incur any charges during your stay, it will be your responsibility as a guest to verify the individual bill and settle the charges before check-out.
How do I register for event sessions?
Visit www.f5revolution.com with your personal details. In the "Agenda" section, you'll find the option to register for the conferences that interest you. You can only do so if you already have your ID Ticket loaded on the event platform. Morning sessions are general, so registration is not necessary.
What do I need to sign up for the labs?
Revolution Labs will utilize several mechanisms to access hands-on lab content. All Revolution labs will be based on virtual environments that will be accessed remotely, generally by remote desktop protocol.
Will there be a transportation service?
Yes, upon accessing the event ticket, you'll have access to transportation service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport on designated arrival and departure days. More information about the service will be provided starting April 1.

To use the return transfer service, you can reserve your spot during the event at the registration stand.

F5 RUNS is a challenging 5K race for sports enthusiasts that will take place on the last day of the REVOLUTION experience. Whether you're an experienced, intermediate, or amateur runner, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your athletic skills.
