This document describes the terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") applicable to access and use of the services within the website https://www.f5revolution.com/ (the "Website").
Authorization
When the User accesses the Website or uses it in any way, they are accepting our Terms and Conditions. F5 (the “Organizer”) may adapt these Terms and Conditions.
Service
Our service gives the User the possibility of purchasing their ticket and reserving their hotel room. According to the data obtained in the website form, the “Organizer” contacts the user to make the effective reservation through the sales email (buyingcenter@f5revolution.com). The reservation process is carried out in conjunction with the Hilton Tulum hotel, Riviera Maya, Mexico (“the Accommodation”), to consolidate guest communication into a single sales contact.
Accommodation reservation
If a reservation is canceled or the person does not show up at the accommodation, any cancellation/no-show fee and room rate amount is non-refundable according to the policies provided by the Hilton Tulum Hotel.
Specific information about the Accommodation such as name, location, categorization, check-in and check-out times, and services included will be sent to you by email when confirming the reservation. We clarify that all the information displayed on the Platform is provided and updated online according to the data provided by the Accommodation, which does not guarantee the type of bed for rooms requested with one or more additional items.
F5 (“The Organizer”) or Revolution AppWorld LATAM (“The Event”) is not and should not be seen as an advocate of the quality, level of service and/or rating or classification of the Accommodation. In case of any breach of service or lack of adequate attention on the part of the Accommodation, the guest must resort to its official contact channels to make their claim.
Ticket purchase
Payment for the ticket will be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods.
Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstances unless the event is canceled by the organizers. Tickets are transferable if the buyer is a wholesaler, distributor, or sponsor. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to manage the transfer and encourage the registration and upload of the Ticket ID on the event platform and/or notify the organizers of the change in ticket ownership.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the programming, agenda, location, or any other aspect related to the event. In the event of significant changes, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
Travel documentation
The User has the duty to responsibly inform themselves about the legal and/or immigration documentation and/or health requirements that they or the people they are traveling with may need to carry out their trip as planned. It is suggested to review the conditions of entry to Mexico and/or transit, special conditions of visas and/or passports, driver's licenses, vaccines, permission for minors or other document requirements.
Medical insurance
The user is responsible for traveling with updated medical insurance to participate in the event and associated activities.
The F5 5K race is a sports proposal that encourages the ride of a delimited circuit with a hydration point. If the user decides to participate, they are responsible for self-care and sports limitations, if necessary.
The “Organizer” is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during the event.
Intellectual property
The “Organizer” reserves all intellectual property and other rights over the service, as well as over the published content, information, and images. Therefore, any modification, reproduction, publication, transmission to third parties and/or other use or exploitation of the protected property is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of the “Organizer”.
By attending the event, participants grant the organizers permission to use their image in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional purposes of the event.
The information provided by attendees may be shared with confirmed sponsors of the event for commercial purposes.
Privacy
We care about the privacy and security of our users. By using our service, you consent to us collecting and using your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Not permitted uses
No action or use of device, software, or other means intended to interfere with both the activities and operations of Revolution AppWorld LATAM and the Revolution AppWorld LATAM databases is permitted. Any intrusion, attempt or activity that violates or is contrary to the laws on intellectual property rights and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this contract will make the person responsible liable to the pertinent legal actions, and to the sanctions provided for by this agreement, as well as making them responsible for compensating for any damages caused.
It is not permitted to decrypt or reverse engineer the website, or break, alter or interfere with the Service. All Users will be legally responsible for the following conduct: a) Incorrect use of the website or the information it contains; b) Use for illegal purposes or effects of the website, its services, or the information it contains; c) Cause disabling, delay, deterioration or damage to the website, its services, or the information it contains.
Exclusion of liability
The organizer is not responsible for direct or indirect damages and/or losses caused by any addition or alteration made to the website and/or software made by Users or third parties and that are not approved by Revolution AppWorld LATAM.
It is the obligation of users to have adequate antivirus, antispyware and, in general, all the necessary mechanisms to protect data and computer information. Revolution 2024 will not be responsible for the technical security, quality and operation of antivirus/antispyware and reliability of communications made through devices, networks, terminals, or equipment.
Therefore, it does not guarantee an error-free and uninterrupted service and will not be responsible under any circumstances for any direct or indirect damages and/or losses that may arise from its use, due to errors or inaccuracies of the information contained therein, or with respect to interruptions, delays, viruses, or system failures.

Acceptance of terms
Attendance at Revolution AppWorld LATAM constitutes acceptance of these “Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Accommodation Reservation”.
The Organizer may modify any of the points stated in these Terms and Conditions, if the essence of the event is not altered, by making the corresponding publications. The very fact of participating implies knowledge and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their clarifications and/or modifications.
Other concepts not provided for in these bases and conditions
Any circumstance not provided for in these regulations will be resolved by the “Organizer” and its decision will be final.
This is the OFFICIAL CHANNEL for ticket purchases and accommodation bookings.
Any transaction conducted outside of our Buying Center will not include the benefits associated with the event group.
